1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing and using the Royal International website (“Royal International”, “we”, “our”, “us”), as well as by booking or renting any of our vehicles, you (“customer”, “renter”, “you”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, do not use our services.
2. SERVICES OFFERED
Royal International specializes in the rental of exotic and luxury vehicles in Orlando, Florida. Our services include:
– Short-term and long-term exotic vehicle rentals
– Delivery and pickup at specific locations within the authorized area
– Concierge services for special occasions
– Personalized vehicle selection consultation
3. RENTAL REQUIREMENTS
3.1 Eligibility
– Minimum age of 21 years
– Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
– Current full coverage insurance
– Valid credit card in the primary renter’s name
3.2 Required Documentation
– Official photo identification
– Valid driver’s license
– Proof of full coverage insurance
– Credit card for security deposit
4. GEOGRAPHIC RESTRICTIONS AND RETURN
4.1 Authorized Area
The rental vehicle may ONLY be driven within the city of Orlando or any geographic area specifically outlined at the time of rental.
4.2 Prior Authorization
Driving outside the authorized area requires prior written approval from Royal International.
4.3 Restriction Violations
– Violation fee: $500 USD
– Consequences: May void the rental agreement
– Immediate termination: Of rental period without refund
– Grace period: 1 hour after the time initially stipulated for return
5. MILEAGE POLICY
5.1 Included Limits
Each rental contract includes a specific mileage limit detailed in your agreement.
5.2 Additional Mileage Charges
– Standard vehicles: $5.00 USD per additional mile
– Exotic vehicles: $8.00 USD per additional mile
6. LIABILITY AND INSURANCE
6.1 Renter Responsibility
The renter is fully responsible for all damages to the vehicle during the rental period.
6.2 Insurance Coverage
If the renter’s insurance does not provide coverage for damages, the renter will be fully responsible for all repair costs.
6.3 Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)
– May be offered at the time of rental
– If accepted, limits the renter’s financial responsibility
– If declined, renter assumes full responsibility for all damages
7. ADDITIONAL CHARGES
7.1 Toll Sun Pass Service
– Vehicle equipped with Sun Pass
– Tolls incurred will be charged to the renter
– Includes convenience fee
7.2 Traffic Violations
The renter is responsible for:
– Parking tickets
– Speeding violations
– Red light camera tickets
– All violations will be billed to the renter’s account
7.3 Speed Limit
– Maximum allowed: 100 miles per hour
– First violation: Warning
– Second violation: $250 USD charge
– Third violation: Contract termination without refund + 100% deposit retention
8. DEPOSITS AND RESERVATIONS
8.1 Security Deposit
– Required at the time of rental
– Held for up to 10 days after return
– Subject to inspection for damages or outstanding charges
8.2 Prepaid Reservations
– Required deposit: $500 Standard Cars, $1000 Luxury and $1500 Exotics
– if you prepaid your reservation is NON-REFUNDABLE in case of cancellation or client no-show
9. FUEL POLICY
9.1 Full Tank Return
– Vehicle must be returned with a full tank
– Charge for non-compliance: $8.99 USD per gallon
9.2 Fuel Receipt
– Must present receipt for premium 93-octane gasoline
– Without receipt or incorrect fuel: Deposit held for 30 days
10. KEY REPLACEMENT
10.1 Lost Keys
– Renter responsible for full key replacement cost
– Additional convenience fee: 25% of replacement cost
11. DAMAGES AND REPAIRS
11.1 Repair Costs
In case of damage to:
– Tires and rims
– Windshield
– Vehicle body
The renter will be responsible for:
– Full cost of repairs
– Additional administrative fee: 25% for handling and repair management
12. CLEANING AND NO SMOKING POLICY
12.1 Smoking Prohibition
– STRICTLY PROHIBITED to smoke inside the vehicle
– Violation: $500 USD cleaning and deodorizing fee
12.2 Return Condition
Vehicle must be returned:
– In clean condition
– Free of excessive dirt, sand, trash
– Without cigarette butts or other debris
– Non-compliance: Additional cleaning fee at company’s discretion
13. PROHIBITED USES
13.1 Not Permitted Activities
The vehicle may NOT be used for:
– Illegal activities
– Racing or competitions
– Off-road driving
– Towing other vehicles
– Driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol
– Any prohibited use as determined by the company
13.2 Consequences
– Immediate termination of contract without refund
– Full liability for damages and legal consequences
14. LOSS OF USE CHARGES
In the event that the vehicle requires repairs due to damage, the renter will be responsible for loss of use charges equivalent to the daily rental rate for the time the vehicle is out of service.
15. REPOSSESSION
Royal International reserves the right to repossess the vehicle WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE if the renter violates any terms of this agreement, including but not limited to:
– Non-payment
– Unauthorized use
– Failure to return the vehicle at the agreed-upon time
16. CHARGE ACCEPTANCE
By signing the rental agreement, the renter accepts all charges associated with the rental and WAIVES ANY DISPUTES regarding these charges, including:
– Additional fees for damages
– Mileage overages
– Traffic violations
17. LEGAL TERMS
17.1 Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
17.2 Jurisdiction
Any legal disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Hillsborough County, Tampa, Florida.
17.3 Waiver of Jury Trial
Both parties waive their right to a jury trial.
17.4 Legal Fees
The prevailing party in any legal dispute shall be entitled to reimbursement for legal costs and attorney fees.
18. SEVERABILITY
If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
19. MODIFICATIONS
PG Lux reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
